Day 2

Late one, did sleep pretty well just not enough. Easy breakfast, going to have to hard boil some more eggs. Can’t say I love them but it’s handy to have around. Grabbed two (and a load of salt and pepper) with some pre cooked bacon and brazil nuts. Took my supplements, washed them down with some coconut water. Booked it to Starbucks, Dad also brought me another a little later, didn’t make up for the lack of sleep.
Market day with my sister, one of my favourite weekly things, hope we can keep this up into the summer. We chatted a bit about the challenge and how she could incorporate more of the Life By Design principles into her life. Had my usual salad and my sometimes beef kabob.

Had a bit of running around to do after work. Apple Store appointment to trade my cracked iPad in and needed some groceries. Wanted to grab some Brussels Sprouts to make something new, hat tip to Rochelle for the link.
Got home and did some chores. Dealt with some shitty cats that keep peeing on the rugs, in front of me! They are working towards a one way ticket to being outside cats. Started to make a shake, a favourite treat of mine and pretty damn good for pre or post work out. This time Pre. Just got started and figured out about how long it’s been since I made one. Answer, about a month and a half. Seams the Bullet she never used was part of her half. Added to the shopping list and dug up the giant old blender. My shakes are a banana, frozen berries, coconut milk and sometimes (this time) some protein powder. I’ll add some coconut water if it’s a bit thick.
Hit up GFC for some power, was planning on going tomorrow morning but I got informed today that I have to attend a seminar for work. Then off to the gym. Handstand skill work and Tabata Pull Ups, Box Jumps, Push Ups and Wall Balls. I have to say that WOD sucked, it’s the closest I’ve come to vomiting. I think it was a combination of little sleep and the massive amount of caffeine I had throughout the day. I don’t think I’ve felt worse after a workout, not even a long run. Got a nasty cramp in my calf after too. My sign that I need to hydrate better, I like to hit the coconut water.
Just got in the door heated up some water buffalo, had a banana and coconut water. As soon as this is polished up I’ll be heading to bed, probably read about three words of We The Living before passing out for the night. Yeah it’s not even eight, don’t judge!
